Next Planning Board meeting to discuss Valley -  Next year!

The Planning Board has notified us that the anticipated meeting in December will not take place. There will be NO H-Zone meetings during the month of December.

Valley comes clean with the project timeline for Phase 1

During the last week of September, Valley Hospital sent out an information card to many homes in Ridgewood. The cards finally made clear, to the wider public, the details of just Phase I of their proposal. The proposed construction of Phase 1 would take 6 years. One year for the Linwood Ave garage, then 3.5 years to construct the North Building (on the corner of Van Dien and the BF middle school driveway) and finally 1.5 years to remove the Phillips Building.

Summer is over, but the battle to Preserve Ridgewood Village hots up!

With summer over, the Planning Board will re-commence discussing the Valley hospital proposal to change the Master Plan and twenty two H-Zone ordinances. No date has yet been set for the next meeting, but it is believed that it will occur in October 2008.
