Concerned Residents Submit their own H-Zone proposal

The Concerned Residents of Ridgewood have submitted a formal application to the Village Council and Planning Board called "Application to amend the Village Master Plan and H-Zone Ordinances".

The CRR application utilizes the new Village ordinance § 190-143 that allows 3rd parties to request changes to the Village Master Plan and zoning ordinances.  Circumstancial evidence points to the fact that the new ordinance was put in place to allow Valley to formally request its own changes - but CRR was the first to use the new law!
